Data deletion
Wardriver · Liseth Solutions AS
Wardriver stores recordings on your device and has no user accounts. You can delete your app data directly, without sending a request to us.
Delete one recording
- Stop the recording if it is still running.
- Open Sessions and select it.
- Scroll to Delete session and confirm.
This removes the session’s source records and associated labels from the app’s recording database. It does not erase copies already made in exports or backups.
Delete all local app data
- Stop any recording.
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Wardriver → Storage.
- Choose Clear storage or Clear data, depending on your phone, and confirm.
This removes app-managed recordings, labels, profiles, settings, installation ID and private export/backup files. Uninstalling Wardriver also removes its private app data. These actions cannot recover recordings that you have not saved elsewhere.
Delete exported files and shared copies
Use your file manager or the document/cloud provider you selected when exporting to delete those files. Check that provider’s trash and backup controls if applicable. Ask any recipients to remove copies you have shared with them. Clearing Wardriver’s storage or uninstalling the app does not remove files saved outside its private storage.
Delete information sent to support
If you sent us an email, recording or attachment, request deletion at helge@lisethsolutions.no. We can address copies received through support; we cannot remotely delete data stored only on your device or with a provider you chose. Any specific record that must be retained by law is subject to that obligation.
See the Privacy Policy for the data types, local storage and retention details.
